What time is check-in/check-out?
Check-in is usually at 15:00 and check-out is at 10:00.
If you are planning to arrive early or depart late, please contact us when making your reservation.
By what time do I have to check in?
The latest time to check-in is 19:30.
We also ask that you contact us by telephone if you will arrive more than one hour late of your scheduled arrival time.
Can we leave our luggage before check-in and after check-out?
Unfortunately we cannot keep any luggage before check-in and after check-out.
Do you have a curfew?
For security reasons, the front door is locked between 00:00 and 6:00 the following day.
Is parking available?
Yes, free parking is available.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and the courtyard.
Can LIME RESORT HAKONE be rented for 35 people or less?
It is possible. However, the difference between the minimum fee and the rental fee will be charged.
Can luggage be shipped to LIME RESORT HAKONE ahead of time?
Yes, we can accept luggage ahead of time. However, we ask that luggage be shipped one day prior to your arrival.
If you would like to ship luggage from the hotel, please pay upon delivery.
Can beverages be brought in?
Beverages can be brought into your room, but they are not allowed in public spaces.
