Our restaurant
Enjoy meals in the open-air restaurant "LIME KITCHEN". Carefully-selected local brand ingredients such as Niigata Tsumari pork, Niigata chicken, and fresh fish caught in the Sea of Japan, are prepared to the highest standard and served as main dishes. Vegetables grown in our own farm are harvested by our staff and served straight to the table.

LIME RESORT MYOKO is proud to offer the fermented food culture of the Myoko region, such as miso and soy sauce, and to allow guests to enjoy their health benefits.
